Dr Caitlin Walker: Avoiding Premature Evaluation with Clean Questions

A principle skill of an Agile team is to be present to what is happening, what’s working well, what’s not working so well and what we would like to have happen next. Caitlin introduces how a couple of Clean Questions can help teams to avoid premature evaluation and instead lead teams to creative, collaborative problem solving.
This session will be interactive so please come able to participate, ideally with cameras on. You might like to bring an outcome you’d like to achieve or a problem you’d like to explore so that we have live material to practice with.
