Working with Systems through Constellations with Josefina Errazuriz Antonijevic

Otto Scharmer’s famous quote is: “In order to change a system you need to change its level of consciousness. And to do that you need to make the system see and sense itself.”

How do we make these systems sense themselves? Through us. This is what we do in constellation work, as an exercise where, through feeling and sensing ourselves, we sense the system we are part of. Thus, it is able to speak to us, together with becoming conscious of itself. We usually have many alternatives in our mind on how to enact change in systems, but through constellations we feel and see these alternatives and it is the system that shows us the road to follow.

In this conversation we will reflect on thinking roads for change versus feeling roads for change, and will give several examples of cases where leaders came with theories of change in their minds and what happened with these theories after they do some constellations.

Thinking systemically is thinking with our bodies, with our emotions and our guts. Join us in this fun discussion with practical ways to do this for your business.
